Corporate baggage

There are a couple of guys in my office that all previously worked for the same company. It is this other company's corporate culture that I suspect is at the root of the problem: they obsess over the most meaningless minutia. The sky is perpetually falling over some insignificant spec. It's enough to make me crazy.

On top of it all, I have reason to believe that one of them possesses a less than average IQ, thereby adding to the unbelievably frustrating experience of working with him. Sigh.
