Pet Peeve

I'm sure I've already ranted about this, if not in email, then definitely in person ... but I absolutely hate going to a restaurant and hearing the wait staff tell me "I'll be taking care of you today." No, you won't. I don't require care; I require service. If I required care, I'd be at the doctor's office or some other care giver's office. I would not be at a burger joint. Cooks or chefs prepare the food; wait staff serve the food. Period. There's NO care.
