We did it!

Not only did we land our first client (whose service starts tomorrow), but we found, hired, and trained a caregiver willing to drive to the location (outside the Austin area)! Hurray! Very stressful couple of days here, but very exciting too. We had an overwhelming response to our most recent "caregiver wanted" posts over the weekend and still have tons of people to interview, etc. Now if we can only get clients for each of these new caregivers we'd be all set ;-)

I also reposted our sales/marketing position. After going through two rounds of interviews, and extending two offers that were verbally accepted only to be turned down 24hrs later, we were starting to get discouraged about finding someone to be our "feet on the street." But hope shines eternal. A promising inquiry was received yesterday. Really hoping this one pans out. The background sounds right, so I guess we'll just see. Keep your fingers crossed!
