Closing Day!

Hurray for the mamacita! She is closing on her condo as we speak. Afterwards she's off to confirm her hardwood and tile floor choices (contractor begins work on Monday), order some furniture, and start the pre-move cleaning. If all goes according to plan, Kyle will be moving her stuff out of our garage and into her new place next weekend. Mom is now really and truly a bona fide Texan ... well, ok, Austinite ;) Congrats Mom!
