Weaning

Well, Mallory is showing no signs of giving up breastfeeding on her own. Here we are on her 13 month birthday, and I say enough is enough. In fact, if we hadn't gone to Canada or Marble Falls, I would have started before now, but travel is disruptive enough -so I've waited until now. My plan is to start eliminating one feeding every 5-7 days and be completely done in 2.5 to 3 weeks. So today: no breast milk before her morning nap. That should go over well. Not.
