Hello?

This post was supposed to be a vent for the trials and tribulations of trying to transfer our business phone number from one office to the next. However, I no longer have the energy to even vent about it. After weeks, weeks, of incompetency, and horrible lack of customer support, we finally have service today at our new office. Or we will. Time Warner telecom has until 5pm to flip the switch and turn things over to AT&T. I have spent countless hours, hours, on the phone in addition to email correspondence to make this happen and cannot tell you how happy I am that it is finally over! (Mind you I started this saga on Oct 21, a week before we left for Hawaii).
