Waffle

We keep waffling on whether or not to sell our house. Back in January we talked to our real estate agent about selling our house some time in the next 2 yrs. The taxes here are unbelievable. With only one income we're not exactly living pay check to pay check, but we're not as comfortable as we were before little Miss Mallory. Obviously our biggest expense is the mortgage/utilities. On the one had we'd like to change school districts for The Boy's sake once he hits high school, but on the other hand, even in this "down" market we're not sure we can afford anything in Eanes - the school district we'd prefer to live in. So we go back and forth on what to do. Today, we're not selling. Yet. But I feel a change of heart is imminent...
