That was fast

Today a house came up on our MLS search. It's in our #1 location and the price is phenomenal. It needs some work but is not unlivable. While we were scheduled to see it, someone else showed up. And as we were leaving, a third interested party arrived. Needless to say, it's going to sell very quickly and probably won't be available by the time we get our house listed - which is obviously the first thing we need to do if we want to be in a position to make offers on other houses. Guess we're back "on" the idea of selling the house ... less than 24 hours after we decided not to ;)
