Offer

So we got an offer on our house last night - with a 30 day closing request. It wasn't a great offer, but it wasn't bad. Of course Kyle was somewhere over the Atlantic en route to Germany/France when the offer came in so I/we weren't able to respond very quickly. Via text message, we decided to counter at essentially the half way point between asking price and offer - and the potential buyers at long last decided to walk. Oh well. Apparently 6 other couples came through this afternoon at the open house, but no one was serious. The good news is that a least there's some interest out there. And the silver lining is that we're not scrambling to find someplace to live!
